Quoting, booking, carrying out works, issuing certificates, and aftercare.
B) Running our business (Legitimate interests)
Scheduling, quality control, preventing fraud, internal record-keeping, and handling complaints.
C) Legal obligations
Accounting/tax records and other compliance duties.
D) Marketing / portfolio photos (Consent)
We only use non-identifying photos of completed work for marketing/portfolio where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

We may share relevant data with suppliers/subcontractors and service providers (only what they need to fulfil the job), professional advisers, and IT/hosting providers. We do not sell personal data.
5. How long we keep data
- Financial records: typically 6 years (HMRC)
- Job records (including certificates/photos): typically up to 6–10 years to support warranties, liability and limitation periods where relevant
- Marketing consent records: for as long as we rely on consent (or until withdrawn)
