Make a payment

Paying online does not change the scope, terms or pricing already agreed in your written quotation, invoice or booking confirmation. If anything on your invoice looks incorrect, please contact us before making payment.

Before you pay

  • Check the amount against your invoice, balance request or agreed staged payment.
  • Use the same customer or company name shown on the invoice where possible.
  • If your payment relates to a specific invoice, keep the invoice number to hand for reference.
  • For part-payments, deposits or staged works, only pay the amount confirmed in writing.
  • If you need clarification on labour, materials, attendance or scope, contact us first and we will help.

Payment and invoice notes

Written quotations, package prices and agreed service pricing take precedence over general guide pricing. Materials, specialist parts, waste removal, parking, access equipment, testing, certification and out-of-hours requirements are charged separately unless specifically included in writing.

For domestic customers, many jobs are confirmed as a fixed price once scope is clear. For commercial customers, payment should follow the invoice or account arrangement issued for the job.
