Hello, I’m Michael Kidd, the founder of Nifty Fixes North East. With around 20 years of combined experience across various areas of property maintenance, I am a City & Guilds Level 3 qualified professional.
As a Technical Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (TMIET), I am bound to uphold the IET’s Royal Charter, which is a commitment I take seriously. This means constantly improving my own learning, staying up-to-date on the latest industry practices, and ensuring I always work to the highest possible standard for every client.
Introducing Conor Brockbank, our Social Media & Customer Relations Manager. Conor is responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience, both online and off. He manages all our social media platforms, handles customer communications, and is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
In addition to his customer-facing role, Conor is actively learning the property maintenance trade out on the job, gaining practical, hands-on experience directly from Michael. This dual role allows him to understand the business from every angle, from the initial customer inquiry to the final project completion.
