Replacement of Wooden Cladding with Anthracite Grey Composite Panels Deteriorated wooden cladding, including peeling white paint and signs of rot, was removed and replaced with anthracite grey composite panels. The new cladding provides a modern, low-maintenance exterior finish with a more cohesive appearance. The existing white roof fascia boards and lead flashing beneath the windows were also carefully spray-painted to refresh their appearance. Together, these updates have created a cleaner, more contemporary exterior and improved the building’s weather resistance.
Work completed
Deteriorated timber cladding was removed, anthracite grey composite panels were fitted, and the existing fascia boards and lead flashing were spray-painted.

A cleaner, cohesive and low-maintenance exterior finish with improved weather resistance.
