Services Requiring Building Control Notification

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify their local Building Control body before we begin work. You will be responsible for all associated fees from the local authority, including any charges for retesting the installation.
• Documentation: Once the installation is complete and has passed our rigorous testing, we will provide you with a full Electrical Installation Certificate to submit to Building Control.
• Quality Guarantee: In the unlikely event that Building Control finds a fault with our installation, we will correct the issue at no extra charge. We will also reimburse you for any retesting charges from the local authority, provided you show us proof of the fees.
