HOW PRICING WORKS
The clearest route depends on the job
Our guide prices provide a useful starting point. The final price depends on the work required and the most suitable way to arrange it.
Attendance pricing
Useful for suitable repairs, diagnostics and task lists where the final scope cannot be fixed in advance.
Fixed written quotation
Preferred for clearly defined repairs, grouped work, installations and larger or awkward jobs.
Planned arrangements
Commercial portfolios, recurring visits and multi-site work are quoted to the agreed programme.
Guide pricing: final pricing can depend on scope, access, materials, parking, travel, waste, testing, certification, specialist equipment, hidden defects, urgency, out-of-hours requirements and agreed variations. A written quotation, accepted estimate, contract or account arrangement takes precedence.

TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL

TRAVEL
A local included allowance with a clear mileage basis
Travel from the operational base at NE6 5XB includes up to 5 outbound miles and 5 return miles. Beyond those allowances, £0.45 per chargeable mile applies. Parking, tolls, permits and special journeys may be charged where applicable and will be identified where practical.
QUOTED SERVICES & MATERIALS
Prices based on the confirmed scope
PAT testing, CCTV installations, materials, waste removal, specialist equipment and third-party costs are quoted once the scope, quantities and access requirements are known.
PAT testing
Priced to appliance quantities, types, accessibility, reporting needs and site conditions.
CCTV and technical installations
Survey or scope review followed by a fixed written quotation.
Materials and waste
Shown separately where applicable and based on the confirmed job requirements.
