Attendance pricing
Useful for suitable repairs, diagnostics and task lists where the final scope cannot be fixed in advance.
Fixed written quotation
Preferred for clearly defined repairs, grouped work, installations and larger or awkward scopes.
Planned arrangements
Commercial portfolios, recurring visits and multi-site support are quoted to the agreed programme.
Guide pricing: final pricing can depend on scope, access, materials, parking, travel, waste, testing, certification, specialist equipment, hidden defects, urgency, out-of-hours requirements and agreed variations. A written quotation, accepted estimate, contract or account arrangement takes precedence.

Final pricing depends on appliance numbers and types, accessibility, site conditions, reporting requirements, repairs and operational restrictions. Socket observations are visual only and are not an EICR or fixed-wiring inspection.

Travel
A local inclusive radius with a clear mileage basis
Travel within 5 miles of our operational base at Armadillo Self Storage, NE6 5XB is included in standard pricing. Beyond this area, £0.45 per mile applies based on the total return-journey distance outside the inclusive radius. Parking, tolls, permits and special journeys may be charged where applicable and will be identified where practical.

Waste removal and lawful disposal includes reasonable loading, transport and lawful disposal of standard non-hazardous waste generated directly by Nifty Fixes as part of the quoted works. Hazardous, regulated, contaminated, specialist or customer-owned clearance waste is excluded unless specifically assessed and included in writing.
