NiftyOps — Staff Operations Platform

Authorised staff use only. NiftyOps is the internal operations application of Nifty Fixes NE Ltd, trading as Nifty Fixes North East. It appears as NiftyFixes CRM when connecting a Google account.

Our team uses NiftyOps to manage enquiries, estimates, jobs, pre-work site visits, appointments and related business records. It brings work planning and scheduling together so staff can organise visits and keep job information up to date. Customers and members of the public do not need a staff account.

Signing in opens the staff application. Access to operational records requires an authorised NiftyOps account.

How NiftyOps uses Google services

Authorised staff can optionally connect a Google account and select a business calendar. Google account information identifies the connection within NiftyOps. The Google Calendar connection helps the team plan work alongside existing calendar commitments.

• List the connected account’s calendars so staff can choose a calendar for scheduling.
• Read events from the selected calendar and display event titles, times and locations in the staff schedule.
• Create and update calendar events for NiftyOps jobs and appointments, including their title, time, location and work details.
• Remove linked calendar events when the associated NiftyOps booking is cancelled.

Calendar information can be visible to authorised NiftyOps staff through the shared schedule. Staff should select a calendar appropriate for business scheduling.

Managing your Google connection

The connection can be disconnected in NiftyOps. You can also review and revoke the application’s access in your Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Disconnecting stops future synchronisation; it does not itself delete existing business records or calendar events.
